Chicago NCSY & JSU Relief Mission Application Form

Please use this form to apply for our Relief Mission trip to New Orleans for Jewish 9th-11th grade public school teens over MLK Weekend, January 11-15! The cost of the trip is $899. Priority will be given to first time participants in overnight experiences with NCSY & JSU.
Springboard, Chicago’s hub for Jewish teen programs, is excited to offer Access Grants to teens who are participating in a multi-day Jewish experience for the first-time! Access Grants will cover 50% of the cost of the Relief Mission up to $300, bringing down the price to $599. Please complete the form below and then apply for the access grant at https://www.juf.org/accessgrants.
A deposit of 50% of the cost of the trip must be made to reserve your spot by 3 weeks before the trip, December 21. Full payment must be made two weeks in advance, by December 28. Participants who withdraw before December 28 will only receive a 50% refund but will be able to use the other 50% towards a future NCSY/JSU event. Participants who withdraw after December 28 will not receive a refund but can use 50% of the funds paid towards a future event.
