NCSY Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Ground Travel

To ensure fairness and clarity for all participants and planners, the following policy applies:

• Full Refund if cancellation is received before the application/registration deadline
• 50% Refund + 50% Credit toward a future event if cancellation occurs after the deadline but before the Sunday prior to the event
• No Refund, but 50% Credit if cancellation occurs during the week of the event
• No Refund or Credit if no cancellation notification is provided

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Airline Travel

• No Refund will be given for airline travel cancellations at any time. All flight bookings are final and non-transferable once purchased.

How to Cancel
A participant (or their parent/guardian) must notify the regional office directly (via the NCSY account or by phone/email) Midwest@ncsy.org . Notification via a chapter adviser, local Rabbi, or other indirect route is insufficient and will not qualify for refund/credit.

Processing
Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment. Alternatively, credit may be issued to the participant (or family member) to be used immediately or for a future event. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the event close.
